Refund policy

We hope you love the handcrafted product you received as much as we do. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we're here to make the return process as easy as possible for you.

Eligibility for Return:

  • The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Please note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Starting a Return:

To initiate a return, contact us at info@houseofalaan.com with the following information:

We will email you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Inspection Process: 

Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the product(s) for signs of usage. We will notify you if your return is approved or if there are any issues.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fees:

  • The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Due to the unique nature of our bedding products, a restocking and processing fee of $20 will be applied for returns containing bedding products (quilts, bedspread sets).

Original Shipping Cost:

Original shipping and handling fees incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Refunds:

If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since your return approval and you haven't received the refund, please contact us at info@houseofalaan.com.
